Following direction received on the emerging novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), CAS employees are being asked to work from home. This direction applies to all employees, unless you have been advised by your manager that you are required on-site to provide a critical service. (Critical services are those required to maintain a baseline level of service to the judiciary.) The duration of this direction is presently unknown but we will continue to communicate important updates through email, the Automated Information Line 1-866-556-2359 (found on the back of your pass) and via the CAS website.
If you require set-up to telework, please discuss options with your manager so they can submit a request to Support-IT via the support icon on a CAS computer or at 613-947-0340. Requests will be triaged according to priority and the availability of resources.
Information from Treasury Board Secretariat

The authoritative source of information for Canadians on COVID-19 is Canada.ca/coronavirus, which includes public health guidance on travel. Managers and employees must be consulting this site on a daily basis. Information is also available on the Government of Canada COVID-19 Information Line at 1‑833-784-4397.
