PSAC has reached a tentative agreement with the RCMP. This now means that you have the opportunity to vote to accept or reject this agreement. To vote, members must be in good standing and attend a mandatory information session. This information session provides an overview of the agreement and offers the opportunity to ask questions about the details of the contract. Hello,
The long process of converting Civilian Members of the RCMP to public servants continues and we are certain that you will have many questions about how this process will unfold over the coming months. Rest assured that we are working hard to gather as much information as we can so that we can help make this transition as smooth as possible for you. We will be updating this website with new information as we receive it.
We look forward to speaking with you directly to answer any of your questions about USJE or the conversion process. As a national union that represents 5,000 RCMP employees, we have representatives who live and work in your area. If you’d like to discuss any of your thoughts or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your USJE Regional Vice President.
