Become a full PSAC-USJE member

Full members in good standing with PSAC and USJE enjoy the benefits and programs offered by both unions and have a voice in their governance and administration of them. A Full member may vote for or against a tentative agreement, and also vote whether or not to strike.

Hello,

The long process of converting Civilian Members of the RCMP to public servants continues and we are certain that you will have many questions about how this process will unfold over the coming months. Rest assured that we are working hard to gather as much information as we can so that we can help make this transition as smooth as possible for you. We will be updating this website with new information as we receive it.

We look forward to speaking with you directly to answer any of your questions about USJE or the conversion process. As a national union that represents 5,000 RCMP employees, we have representatives who live and work in your area. If you’d like to discuss any of your thoughts or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your USJE Regional Vice President.
