USJE once again wishes to extend its heartfelt sympathy to all those directly and indirectly affected by this tragedy, including the families who lost loved ones, those who were injured or terrorized during the events, all members of the RCMP, Correctional Service of Canada, other first responders, as well as the broader community of Portapique who were impacted.

New items in the USJE Boutique available soon!
As 2023 was wrapping up, we turned to the membership to suggest exciting new items for the USJE Boutique. We promised to draw one lucky member whose suggestion was among those selected.
Congratulations to Allana Luker-Smith who suggested the Boutique get toques—of which we are getting two new styles! Allana wins a toque in the design of her choice, and $100 credit to the Boutique.
Keep an eye on the USJE Boutique as new items are made available in the coming weeks!
We have a new addition to the Labour Relations Team!
Please join us in welcoming Guido Delgadillo to the USJE.
Guido is member of the Ontario Law Society and is fully bilingual. He has spent the last seven years working in the Representation Section of the PSAC and has in depth knowledge of grievances, UnionWare and the PSAC/Component relationships.
We are very excited to have Guido join us and know that he will be a big asset to our team!
