Regional Vice-President – Saskatchewan & Manitoba (RCMP-Justice-PPSC) Heather McKinnon visited several USJE locals in her portfolio in Manitoba and Saskatchewan over September and October, 2025.
At all visits, RVP McKinnon discussed budget cuts, workforce adjustments, bargaining, and USJE’s presumptive injury campaign. Elections were held at each AGM to fill local executive positions and identify delegates and alternates to both the upcoming PSAC Prairie Regional Convention and the USJE Triennial Convention in 2026.
