USJE’s next National Triennial Convention will take place in Québec City in 2026.

USJE’s National Triennial Convention acts as the supreme governing body of USJE. It deals with resolutions and matters brought before it and establishes the general policies of the organization. During Convention, which is held every three years, Delegates vote on Resolutions and elect all Regional Vice-Presidents, and USJE Delegates to PSAC Convention. The National President and National Vice-President are also determined during Convention.

Convention Livestream

Watch the Convention livestream on USJE’s Facebook and YouTube channels. Note that resolution debates will not be part of the livestream to protect confidentiality. The following is the livestream schedule:

  • PSAC National President’s Address: July 14 after 1 pm Eastern
  • USJE National President’s Report: July 14 after 1 pm Eastern
  • Regional Vice President’s Reports: July 14 after 1 pm Eastern
  • Election of officers: July 16 after 9 am Eastern
  • Awards: July 16 after 1:30 pm Eastern

This schedule may change without notice to accommodate the realities of live, in-person events (ex. extended discussions/question periods; less debate than anticipated, etc.).
