National Public Safety Awards

USJE’s National Public Safety Awards recognize and celebrate the outstanding work undertaken by our members across the country. Too often, the crucial work of USJE members happens behind the scenes, out of sight of many Canadians who depend on the commitment and dedication of federal public safety and justice employees to keep them safe.

**With the disruptions to the 2025 Parliamentary calendar due to prorogation and an upcoming federal election, USJE has opted to postpone our annual Public Safety Awards until 2026.

A key part of the Awards event is hosting recipients on Parliament Hill, which may not be feasible this year.

However, the award nomination process is ongoing, and we encourage members to continue submitting their colleagues for nomination.

We look forward to an exciting Awards ceremony in the spring of 2026!**
