The JLP has officially re-launched its in-person workshops, which are once again available to federal public-service employees. The JLP’s highly regarded experiential learning workshops are a great way to bring people together face-to-face to work on improving workplace relationships. The workshops are free of charge and explore themes aimed at improving culture and behaviours in the workplace. Titles include:
- Mental health in the Workplace
- Respecting Differences/Anti-discrimination
- Labour-Management Consultation
- Understanding the Collective Agreement
- Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace
Workshops are limited to 20 participants to promote healthy discussions of important workplace issues. You can read more about in-person workshops or can request a workshop on the JLP website.
Virtual discussions are also still available.
