On September 24, USJE Regional Vice Presidents led an info picket outside the Department of Justice building at 284 Wellington Street in Ottawa.
The Department of Justice has already advised that there will be job losses stemming from their WFA process. USJE RVPs handed out flyers and spoke to members about the rights and entitlements of those affected.
If your job site is affected by WFAs, USJE strongly recommends members contact their union representatives before agreeing to any changes in their terms and conditions of employment that could stem from their affected status.
