This morning, PSAC announced that if there is no deal reached by 9 p.m. ET tomorrow, April 18, we will launch a national general strike beginning at 12:01 AM ET Wednesday, April 19 for all of our 155,000 PSAC members working for both CRA and Treasury Board.

Under the legislation, we have 60 days to call a strike following a favourable strike vote — meaning a strike could be called anytime between now and June 10.
